A modern compact 26 m² house with a 17 m² terrace, built using LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) technology.

Structural System

  • Foundation — screw piles

The screw pile foundation minimized ground works and allowed rapid installation.

The asymmetrical roof geometry increases internal volume and allows efficient mezzanine layout.

Installation

The house was fully assembled and installed within 1 week.
