A 220 m² mezzanine with a height of 4.2 m, designed and installed as a freestanding structure inside an existing building.

A key feature of this project is that the entire load-bearing structure is made from galvanized cold-formed steel profiles, without the use of conventional structural black steel. The floor structure was designed without trusses, using an LSF beam system only.

The mezzanine was engineered as a fully independent structure, avoiding the transfer of additional loads to the existing building frame.

The steel frame was factory-manufactured and supplied to the customer as a ready-to-assemble kit. Thanks to precise manufacturing and a pre-engineered connection system, the customer assembled the entire structure independently in just one week.

This project demonstrates that LSF technology can be effectively used not only for buildings, but also for mezzanine floors, additional levels and usable floor space inside existing industrial and commercial facilities.
